My approach weaves together multiple dimensions of healing - emotional, spiritual, and energetic. Unlike traditional therapy, which primarily focuses on mental and emotional processing, our work together can include channeled guidance from The Council of Twelve, energy healing, soul retrieval, and quantum field work that takes you beyond your stories into present moment power.

While I have an M.A. in Educational Psychology and extensive therapeutic training, I've chosen to work outside traditional licensure to freely combine healing modalities in whatever way best serves each person's highest good. The breadth of work the Councils of Light can do with us is way more vast and multi-layered than ordinary therapy or coaching. They catalyze Quantum activations needed for these times.

The rhythm of our work together is very individual and often becomes clear in our first session. Some people benefit from weekly sessions during times of intense transformation, while others find monthly sessions provide the perfect space for integration and growth.
